The IEEE WIE AG Tunisia Section is organizing a WIE Talk designed as a unique leadership exchange session. This event is structured to facilitate interactive engagement among WIE leaders through open discussions, rather than traditional presentations.

Focus: Direct and open dialogue among WIE leaders
Structure: Roundtable-style interaction promoting equal participation

Objectives
To encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing among WIE members
To discuss challenges and strategies related to leadership and community building
To encourage mutual support and collective problem-solving within the WIE network
To foster an environment of inspiration, growth, and empowerment

All 37 Student Affinity Groups (SAGs) across Tunisia have been invited to participate in this initiative.This initiative aligns with the IEEE WIE Tunisia Section's ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership and inclusivity.
