Dr. Georgette Zinaty
Why Not YOU? Leveling Up in Careers & Leadership
Dr. Georgette Zinaty is Chief of Staff at Myant Corporation, an innovation-driven organization advancing science, technology, and human-centered solutions. She is also the Founder and CEO of Women Helping Empower Women (WHEW!), a global initiative committed to advancing women’s leadership and inclusion. With a career spanning corporate strategy, academic instruction, and community leadership, Dr. Zinaty is a nationally recognized expert in diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration through a joint program with the Rotman School of Management and Henley Business School, alongside multiple degrees in business, science, and political studies. A professor at Western University and Rotman, she is also a frequent Forbes contributor on leadership and inclusion. Dr. Zinaty is a 2x TEDx speaker, keynote presenter at global forums including the World Diversity in Leadership Conference, and author of Why Not YOU? and Power of Us, with proceeds supporting WHEW! She has earned numerous accolades, including the CILAR Aspiring Innovator Award, Heritage Hero Award, and Inspirational Leader Award from CSPN.
