Cybersecurity and her path as a kichwa women in STEM

Jessica Morales explained key aspects of entering the cybersecurity world, including existing salary gaps, areas of professional development, and how to prepare for a career in this field. These challenges award points based on difficulty, time to solve, and team size. She also introduced the main CTF categories such as reverse engineering, cryptography, forensics, web security, OSINT, and exploitation, along with the different formats: score-based, attack/defense, or mixed.
