Day 2 of  21 Days Yoga Challenge"

Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K (IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K) in association with IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter

As we moved into Day 2 of our 21-day journey toward wellness and inner balance!

Today's session focused on practicing foundational yoga techniques and breathing exercises, helping participants center their minds and energize their bodies.

Under the guidance of our respected mentor, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, the participants learned how to integrate simple practices into their daily routine for long-term benefits.

The session was coordinated by Ms. Unnati Anand, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE Power Electronics Society Student Branch Chapter HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
