Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K (IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K) in association with IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter
As we continued our transformative journey on Day 3 of the 21-day challenge, the focus was on light yoga and breathing exercises, designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Participants engaged in gentle movements and conscious breathing, allowing them to release stress and reconnect with their inner calm. These foundational practices serve as a gentle reminder that wellness starts with small, consistent steps.
Under the guidance of our respected mentor, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, who emphasized the importance of integrating such mindful practices into our everyday lives for long-term physical and mental well-being.
The session was coordinated by Ms. Unnati Anand, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor, IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K, and Faculty Advisor IEEE Power Electronics Society Student Branch Chapter HBTU-K, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
