General Vision:

To host a student-led awareness event titled "WIE DAY", aiming to highlight the role of women in engineering and technology fields, and to encourage female students to innovate and actively engage in the future of artificial intelligence and industrial development.

Event Objectives:

  • Promote the culture of women empowerment in engineering.

  • Provide a platform for female students to showcase their projects.

  • Discuss the future of women in artificial intelligence.

  • Build bridges between students and faculty members.

  • Launch a community-based industrial initiative that connects the university with the local industry.

Main Activity Pillars:

1️⃣ Opening & Introduction to the WIE Initiative:

  • Introducing WIE's mission and vision.

  • Showcasing past achievements.

  • Inviting new students to join the initiative.

2️⃣ Engineering Projects Exhibition by Female Students:

  • Designated space for project showcases.

  • Presentations by the student creators.

  • Optional: project judging panel or audience voting.

3️⃣ Panel Discussion: "The Role of Women in AI":

  • A talk or panel featuring an expert in the field.

  • Interactive Q&A session with the audience.

  • Highlighting career paths for women in tech and AI.

4️⃣ Launching the "Industrial Friends" Initiative:

  • Presenting the concept and goals of the initiative.

  • Inviting student ambassadors to lead future collaborations.

  • Announcing the first planned partnership.

5️⃣ Coffee Talk Segment:

  • Informal meetup between female students and female faculty members.

  • Sharing academic and career experiences.

  • Offering mentoring and personal advice.
