Day 6 of  21 Days Yoga Challenge"

Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K (IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K) in association with IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.

On Day 6 of our ongoing yoga journey, the session embraced the essence of mindfulness and inner balance.

Participants were guided through practices that encouraged a deeper connection with the body and breath, fostering a sense of calm and awareness.

The session highlighted the importance of consistency in developing a healthy routine. By focusing on holistic well-being, the participants were reminded of how small daily efforts can lead to lasting benefits-both physically and mentally.

Under the mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, the session inspired participants to carry the calm and focus from the mat into their everyday lives, nurturing a sustainable path toward wellness.

The session was coordinated by Ms. Unnati Anand, Chair IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor, IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K, and Faculty Advisor, IEEE PELS SBC HBTU-K, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
