Day 8 of  21 Days Yoga Challenge"

Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K (IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K) in association with IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.

On Day 8 of our ongoing yoga journey, the focus was on enhancing stamina and breath awareness. The session aimed to help participants feel more energetic, balanced, and mentally centered. With a steady rhythm and mindful guidance, the session supported participants in building inner strength and improving overall vitality.

Under the mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, inspiring everyone to stay consistent with their practice and make mindful breathing a part of everyday life.

The session was coordinated by Ms. Unnati Anand, Chair IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor, IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K, and Faculty Advisor, IEEE PELS SBC HBTU-K, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
