Day 11 of  21 Days Yoga Challenge"

Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K (IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K) in association with IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.

On Day 11 of our yoga journey, the session centered on lower body strengthening and breathing techniques. The carefully designed sequence of movements targeted the legs, hips, and lower back, helping participants build stability and improve posture. Breathing practices were seamlessly integrated to enhance focus and relaxation throughout the session.

Under the mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, the session created a space for participants to reconnect with their physical strength while staying grounded through breath awareness. It served as a gentle reminder that mindful movement can lead to both resilience and calm.

The session was coordinated by Ms. Unnati Anand, Chair IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor, IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K, and Faculty Advisor, IEEE PELS SBC HBTU-K, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
