Exploring the World of STEM Through Innovation, Inclusion, and Imagination

Objective:

To spark curiosity in school students—especially young girls—about STEM careers, emerging technologies, and innovation through a fun, hands-on, and mentor-led day filled with workshops, exhibits, and tech games.


Ideal Audience:

  • School students (Grades 6–10)

  • Particularly designed to encourage girl students to explore STEM fields

Topic:

Digital Footprints: What Are You Leaving Behind

Students learn how every online activity  likes, comments, searches leaves a digital trail, and how to manage their online presence wisely.

Biography:

I am passionate about technology, especially artificial intelligence and machine learning, and I am pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in CSE(AI&ML) from KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology. I am volunteering in various IEEE committees like IEEE YP EDSOC ADHOC, IEEE CS SYP, IEEE EDSOC MAS SYP and I am currently the Chairperson of IEEE KPRIET EDUCATION SOCIETY SBC, Lead proposal and project coordinator of IEEE KPRIET SB.

As a core team member of IEEE EdSoc YP Ad-Hoc, I collaborate with other IEEE volunteers and professionals to organize and deliver educational and social events, workshops, and webinars for young professionals in the field of electronic devices and systems. I also contribute to the content development and dissemination of the IEEE EdSoc YP newsletter and social media platforms, sharing the latest news, trends, and opportunities in the industry.

I enjoy learning new skills, meeting new people, and thinking about various topics based on first principles.

Role of girls in shaping the Tech Landscape of future.

The speaker will address the young girls about their roles in shaping the tech landscape in future.

Biography:

Recently, I am getting opportunities to facilitate courses related to CSE like Python Programming, C Programming, and AI Fundamentals.

I've taught a broad range of courses, from foundational mechanical engineering courses like Engineering Graphics, to specialized courses like Industrial Robotics.
