Andrew Simon
Andrew Simon holds a B.E.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario (2015–2019). He has gained broad industry experience, having worked in Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Heavy Machinery, and Amusement sectors. 

Scott Pytel
Scott Pytel graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2000. Over the years, he has built extensive expertise in automation and controls, holding various technical and leadership roles, including project management and client service management for strategic accounts. In 2011, leveraging his technical and commercial experience, Scott co-founded PdM Solutions London. He is now Co-Owner and Vice President at MPI Solutions Inc., helping organizations improve operational effectiveness.

Biography:

Scott graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2000. From there he developed practical experience in the field of automation and controls across many industries. Moving up the ranks to include project management and client service management for strategic accounts, Scott was able to apply both commercial and technical skills to develop solutions for his customers while fostering strong relationships. Capitalizing on these years of integration experience with a focus to improve operational effectiveness, in 2011 Scott started PdM Solutions London and is now the Co-Owner and VP at MPI Solutions Inc.

Andrew attended the University of Western Ontario from 2015 to 2019 and graduated with a B.E.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. He has worked in many industries, including Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Heavy Machinery, and Amusement.
