Activity 1: Tikibar Boat Tour
Description: Join us for a memorable cruising in a unique boat and sightseeing the beautiful Ottawa river. Also enjoy good company and socialize with other attendees in a marvelous environment.

Activity 2: Walking Tour and Dinner
Description: Join us in a wonderful sightseeing tour of the spectacular downtown Ottawa, and enjoy socializing over delicious dinner afterward.
Date: Monday 6:00-8:00 PM

Activity 3: Escape Room and Dinner
Description: Don’t miss out the great opportunity to solve difficult mysteries and escape the room safely before time runs out. Enjoy a delicious dinner if you are able to solve the mysteries and escape the room!

Activity 4: VR Game and Transportation
Description: Don’t miss the opportunity to play a unique VR game in one of the largest VR rooms in the world. You need to be smart and a good team player to win the game.

Activity 5: Morning Running
Description: Kickstart each conference day with a refreshing 5 km run along Ottawa’s scenic Rideau Canal—no experience required. Lace up your shoes, grab your complimentary “IEEE AP-S Running Club” T-shirt, and join fellow attendees for fitness, fresh air, and new connections before sessions begin.
Dates: Monday–Friday, 06:30–07:30 AM

Activity 6: Wellness & Nature at the Arboretum
Description: Join us for a refreshing outing to Ottawa's Dominion Arboretum and Ornamental Gardens, featuring a scenic walk, a nature photo challenge, and a restorative outdoor yoga and meditation session guided by a certified yoga trainer followed by healthy refreshments. This program promotes mindfulness, well-being, and informal networking in one of the city's most beautiful green spaces.
