Summer School On Semiconductors and Quantum Computing
IEEE-EDS Schenectady Chapter presents Summer school on Semiconductors and Quantum Computing
The Summer School aims to provide undergraduate and graduate students with an in-depth, introduction to the fundamentals and frontiers of semiconductor technology and quantum computing.
Introduces the core principles of semiconductor physics, devices, materials science an essential for understanding modern electronic technologies.
Provides exposure to quantum computing principles and the role of superconducting qubits in quantum hardware. Highlight the intersection of materials science, device engineering, and quantum information to prepare students for interdisciplinary research and innovation.
Registration fee : Free until July 15th and a fee of $10 will be applied after July 15th.
