“A Guidance to Student and Young Professional Entrepreneurs in the AI Environment”
It is a pleasure to contribute to the InvEnt Pitch 2025 Competition, and I look forward to engaging with students and young professionals across the participating institutions. The topic is timely and critical, and I am excited to share insights that may inspire and guide emerging entrepreneurs in the evolving AI-driven ecosystem.
Biography:
Dr. Saikat Gochhait is an IEEE Senior Member and an accomplished academic and researcher with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and two postdoctoral fellowships in Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation from leading international institutions. He has worked extensively in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Brain-Computer Interface (BCI), Digital Entrepreneurship, and Cognitive Enhancement Technologies.
Dr. Gochhait has collaborated with over 40 universities worldwide, published multiple research papers, filed several patents and has been granted, and received government and international research grants. He is known for integrating AI and innovation into entrepreneurship education and has actively contributed to national and international forums on technology, startups, and digital transformation in collaboration with DST, and DSIR, GoI.
Currently, he mentors startups, leads funded projects on smart city frameworks, sustainable communication, and AI-based learning tools, and serves on editorial and advisory boards of reputed journals and innovation committees.
