Agenda
The agenda includes redefining ExCom officers’ responsibilities in light of the 2026 elections, updates on recent changes in SB funding rules, and exploring collaborations with IEEE technical societies and local chapters. Discussions will also cover the potential opening of new student chapters, planning major events for late 2025, and evaluating the purchase of personalized merchandising such as t-shirts, certificate holders, and pens. The meeting will further address opportunities for participation in cross-sectional congresses like the IEEE SYP, and consider involvement in IEEE BATS 2025 in Rome, aimed at leadership training for SB chairs. The session will foster teamwork and shape the SB’s future strategic direction.
