Dear Region 1 Northeastern Area members (Boston, Worcester County, Providence, Maine and NH),

 

We hope that you can have 1-4 members of your section  join us at the first annual Region 1 - Northeastern Area Meetup.  

 

Date:  Saturday, September 20th

Time:  11:30AM - 5:00 PM

 

The goal of this event is simple - for the sections in our "Area" to collaborate, share ideas, discuss common pain points, celebrate each other's recent "WINS" and to get to know each other better.  Most of what we do these days is virtual, and it would be nice to be in person for a few hours to get to know each other better and see just how many things we have in common as sections who are trying to the best we can in IEEE!

 

The event will be held at the Post Office Pub in N. Grafton, MA which is the location where the Worcester County section has their ExCom meetings.  

We will have lunch and have time for discussions, networking, a dessert break, and a GROUP PICTURE.

 

Please try to send at least 1 person but we would really like to see a few from each section!   Future leaders or those who are interested in learning more about leadership are welcome  - not just current ExCom members!
