BOOTCAMP - SESSION 2: TUNIVERSE GREEN STARTUP  : ERP Deployment & Change Management

BOOTCAMP – SESSION 2, titled "ERP Deployment & Change Management", was held on 20 July 2025 at 8:00 PM via Google Meet. This technical session was organized by the IEEE IAS SESAME SBC , IEEE PES SESAME SBC in collaboration with IEEE IAS/PES ENSIT SB Joint Chapter, as part of the Tuniverse Green Startup . It featured the insightful Ms. Najia Bouzaiene, an expert in ERP systems, digital transformation, and Business Central solutions. Ms. Bouzaiene delivered a practical and strategic overview of how Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools can be leveraged to drive startup scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term success—while also managing the human and organizational aspects of digital change.

Objective of the Session :

To equip students, early-stage entrepreneurs, and engineers with a foundational and applied understanding of The ERP systems  ,particulary :

• The different types of ERP solutions available
• How to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 
• The role of AL (Application Language) in customizing ERP systems 
• Best practices in change management for tech-driven businesses
