IEEE Photonics Distinguished Lecturer Event (evening session) - Dr. Daniel Kuchta on Co-Packaged Optical Modules for HPC, Data Center and AI Applications
Please join your colleagues with the Baltimore Chapter of the IEEE Photonics Society, and the IEEE Baltimore Section, as we host Dr. Daniel Kuchta!
This talk will cover the status of fiber optic transceiver co-packaging efforts, both VCSEL- and SiPh-based, where they fit into the Ethernet switch market and the evolving Computer IO market, and how these technologies are advancing HPC, Data Center, and AI applications. The emphasis will be on new requirements and challenges driven by AI systems.
Refreshments will be served, so please be sure to register so we can make a reliable estimate.
(Note that this event will only be held at 6 PM, the earlier 3 PM session has been cancelled)
