Electronics for All
"Electronics for All" is a session organized as a Pre STEM training for the secondary school students. It aims to introduce the students with the basics of electronics and basic components along with their applications. The students are engaged in theoretical session at the beginning and then they are assigned into various groups each with a mentor to guide them throughout the session.
The event was a school outreach workshop titled “Electronics for All” in collaboration with Technova Hardware & I.T. Solutions on Sunday, July 27, at Kuleshwor Secondary School, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu. This event is specifically designed for Grade 9 students to introduce them to the fascinating world of electronics and technology. Through interactive sessions and hands-on activities, the program aims to foster early interest in STEM education and help students understand basic electronics concepts in an engaging and practical way. The workshop session is an outreach initiative will not only inspire younger students but also provide a meaningful platform for IEEE members to apply their technical and leadership skills in real-world educational settings. The mentor was responsible to help the students understand the components and guide them in learning the circuit concepts.

Agenda
The aim of the session was to:
- Inspire the students and make them learn about electronics and engineering
- To show the potential of engineering to the young minds.
- To develop mentorship and leadership skills among the IEEE members and make them teach from what they know and have learnt.
- To understand the curious young minds and let them be free from book and involve them in practical learnings.
By the end of the session the students bonded well with the mentors and successfully built circuits assigned to them. They understood the fundamental knowledge about electronics and could experience the fun and magic behind the logic of science and engineering. The session surely left an impact among the students and could experience their love for science and hunger to build something on their own.
