As part of the upcoming rural exposure program, students will be visiting the Basava Betta forest settlement to gain insights into the lives of forest-dwelling communities and their connection with nature. The visit aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of sustainable living practices, local biodiversity, and the challenges faced by rural and tribal populations. It is expected to be an enriching experience that will broaden their perspective on environmental conservation, cultural diversity, and community resilience in remote forest regions.
