The LabVIEW User Group brings together users of National Instruments tools and software. These are great opportunities to learn from experts in the field.
DDS is an embedded middleware for mission- and safety-critical distributed systems. The DDS standard supports multiple programming languages and RTI has extended support for other technologies such as NVIDIA Holoscan, LabVIEW, and MATLAB/Simulink. This presentation will introduce the DDS standard, the LabVIEW DDS API, common use-cases for LabVIEW developers, and then will conclude with a demo of LabVIEW, C++, and Python applications interoperating on x64 and ARMv8 architectures.

Biography:
Brian Reiche is an Automotive Solution Architect in RTI’s Professional Services group. He began his career as a real-time embedded engineer at Northrop Grumman. He then spent over a decade in the test industry, first in various field positions at National Instruments and then as a test engineer at L3Harris. Brian is a Certified LabVIEW Developer and a Certified TestStand Developer.
