Biography:

Ed Jenkin, CEO, Railbelt Reliability Council

 

Mr. Jenkin is the Chief Executive Office (CEO) and president of the RRC. He is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer (Alaska) with over 30 years of experience working for Alaskan utilities in a variety of roles including executive leadership. He most recently served as Chief Energy Transformation Officer with Matanuska Electric Association (MEA). There he worked with a team evaluating and implementing fuel and generation opportunities, including low-carbon solutions consistent with the associations goal to reduce reliance on natural gas.
