 The 4th International Conference on Science, Engineering and Technology will be held at the Office of Vice-Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, Thimphu, Bhutan from 28th - 30th April, 2026 organized by IEEE R10 Bhutan Sub Section, College of Science and Technology, Royal University of Bhutan and Construction Development Corporation Limited.
