Yugandhar Reddy Suthari is a Cloud Security Engineer at Cisco, a Linux Foundation Mentor, and Vice Chair of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Eastern North Carolina Chapter. He is an active open source contributor to CNCF projects. With nearly two decades of experience in cloud platform engineering, security, AI and ML, site reliability engineering, and DevSecOps, he is passionate about showing how open source helps students and professionals build real-world skills, connect with a global community, and make a meaningful impact, whether starting out or advancing in their careers.

Vignesh Sathiyamoorthy is a hardware research enthusiast and technologist in Microsoft’s SCHIE (Silicon, Compute Hardware, Infrastructure Engineering) organization, where he helps drive cutting-edge compute innovations. His contributions have been pivotal to flagship projects, including Maia 100 – Microsoft’s first custom AI accelerator – and Cobalt 100 – the company’s first custom server CPU.
Beyond his professional work, Vignesh is a passionate volunteer and mentor. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Industrial Electronics Society within the IEEE Eastern North Carolina Section, giving back to the community through advocacy and STEM outreach.
