Empathy is a powerful driver of innovation. Women leaders tend to show higher levels of empathy, enabling them to build environments where creativity, problem-solving, and forward-thinking ideas can thrive. This is one of many reasons why more women are needed in leadership positions in the tech industry.
In this session, Chathini will explore why empathy is not only compatible with leadership in tech but essential for it. Drawing on her own experiences, she will share how leading with empathy can strengthen decision-making, inspire innovation, and create lasting change, while highlighting the value of having more women in leadership roles now more than ever.
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, challenge old narratives, and be inspired to lead with purpose.
