Biography:

Dr. Bharat Jyoti Ranjan Sahu is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Cyber Security, Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. His research spans 5G cellular networks, Internet of Things (IoT), information-centric networking, transport protocols, and cybersecurity with a focus on energy optimization. He has published extensively in reputed journals including IEEE Communications Magazine and Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing, with over 300 citations, an h-index of 7, and an i10-index of 6. Dr. Sahu also serves as Program Chair for ISAC3-2025.
