Inaugural Ceremony of IEEE Student Branch – Amity University Patna

The Amity Institute of Information Technology (AIIT), Amity University Patna, conducted the Inaugural Ceremony of the IEEE Student Branch on July 24, 2025.
The event included a Guest Lecture by Dr. Rajiv Ratn Shah, a Talk by Industry Expert Mr. Harsh Tripathi, and the formal inauguration of the IEEE Student Branch by esteemed guests such as Dr. Amit Kumar Singh (IIT Patna), Dr. Mala De (NIT Patna), and the Honourable Vice Chancellor Dr. Vivekanand Pandey.
The ceremony also featured Badge Ceremonies of the AmiTechnocrats Club and TechPreneur Club.

Associate Professor (CSE & HCD) at IIIT-Delhi; heads the MIDAS research lab. His work spans multimodal learning, information retrieval, and human-centered AI, with a PhD from the National University of Singapore.
