Introduction

The IEEE ENIM Student Branch has recently reactivated its Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group, and we are eager to mark this milestone with an impactful initiative. To celebrate this reactivation and inspire both students and the community, we are launching EmpowerHER Week 2025 – a full week of activities designed to empower women engineers, foster leadership, and promote STEM for future generations.

This program will combine technical and non-technical workshops, competitions, networking opportunities, and community outreach, making it a meaningful and memorable event. With the support of the WIE Special Fund, we aim to create a strong foundation for the long-term success of our Affinity Group.
