Points of Discussion:

1. Fortnightly Planning Meetings
 It was agreed to initiate Bi-weekly meetings to streamline planning and execution of
upcoming events.
 These meetings will serve as checkpoints for progress tracking, resource allocation, and
coordination across teams.

2. Chapter Advisors Meet
 A dedicated Chapter Advisors Meet is scheduled to aware the current year plan and
gather feedback from advisors.
 Agenda to include AHCSSC planning, speaker suggestions, and collaborative initiatives.
 Identification of inactive student chapters and providing the required support for revival

3. Leadership Announcement
 Decided to circulate an eNotice to formally announce the new leadership team to all
members.
 The communication will highlight roles, responsibilities, and upcoming priorities.
 Mahesh will send an eNotice as secretary.

4. International Webinar Collaboration
 A joint webinar with IEEE Columbia Section CS Chapter was proposed.
 Topic: Agentic AI & Security
 Action Items:
o Finalize date and format.
o Coordinate speaker logistics and promotional outreach.

5. FC Kohli Memorial Lecture
 Tentatively scheduled for the third week of October.
 Suggested Topics:
o Quantum Computing
o Security in AI & ML
 Need to exercise on topics and finalize by the next meeting.
 Speaker identification will follow topic finalization.

6. AHCSSC Planning
 Planning for All Hyderabad Computer Society Student Congress (AHCSSC) to be
initiated.
 Detailed discussion to be held during the upcoming Chapter Advisors Meet.
