EMC Pre-Compliance and Design Tips

Aaron Lutz is an iNARTE-certified EMC engineer with over 20 years of design, testing, and compliance experience across automotive, commercial, medical, aerospace, and military applications.  Since March 2024, he has served as an EMC Business Development Manager at Rohde & Schwarz, where he partners with customers to implement cutting-edge test solutions that streamline compliance and accelerate product development.

Previously, Aaron was an EMC laboratory manager and engineer working at Continental Automotive Systems, E3 Compliance, Intertek, Visteon, and Johnson Controls.  Throughout his career, he has built labs from the ground up, resolved complex EMC issues, and co-authored technical papers.

A recognized expert in EMC pre-compliance, design reviews, and simulations, Aaron is a senior member of the IEEE EMC Society and has delivered training and workshops at industry conferences.  His practical, solutions-driven approach continues to help engineers take products from concept to certification with first-time success.
