New students' orientation meeting about the College of Engineering and the IEEE KKU Institute
Organized by the Student Activities Unit at the College of Engineering, with the participation of the IEEE KKU Student Branch.
The Student Activities Unit at the College of Engineering, King Khalid University, organized an orientation event for freshmen students to introduce them to the college environment, available services, and student organizations.
As part of this event, the IEEE KKU Student Branch participated by presenting its mission, vision, and role as the local representation of the world’s largest professional organization dedicated to advancing technology. The branch introduced new students to its technical, academic, and extracurricular activities, emphasizing the opportunities it provides for skill development, networking, and professional growth.
Through this participation, the IEEE KKU Student Branch showcased its commitment to supporting engineering students beyond the classroom and encouraging them to become active members in professional and technical communities from the start of their academic journey.
