Theme: Brave Transitions: Rejoining with Purpose Across Academia, Industry & Innovation during 8th & 9th November, 2025 at VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNRVJIET)

The Returning Mothers Conference (RMC 2025) will be held on November 8–9, 2025, at VNRVJIET, Hyderabad. With the theme “Brave Transitions: Rejoining with Purpose Across Academia, Industry & Innovation”, the conference celebrates resilience and career reinvention for individuals returning to the workforce after a break. RMC offers three unique tracks—Career Enhancement, Wellness, and Recognition—to support professionals in rebuilding confidence, exploring new pathways, and gaining mentorship from industry leaders. It provides a vibrant platform for students, professionals, educators, and entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, network, and co-create opportunities. Since its inception, RMC has been supported by global partners such as IEEE Computer Society, IEEE WIE, University of Kansas, and World Bank’s WePOWER. RMC 2025 continues this legacy by empowering women and men to rediscover their potential, bridge gaps in their careers, and thrive in the evolving world of work.
