ISRO Mission Models Display
Students observed detailed scale models of ISRO's major missions:
Chandrayaan Series: Models showcasing lunar orbiter, lander, and rover components with detailed explanations of their scientific instruments
Mangalyaan (Mars Orbiter Mission): Interactive model demonstrating the spacecraft's journey to Mars and its scientific achievements
PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle): Detailed model showing multi-stage rocket configuration and satellite deployment mechanisms
GSLV (Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle): Advanced launch vehicle model with cryogenic engine technology explanation
Communication Satellites: Models of INSAT and GSAT series satellites with their transponder configurations
We express our sincere gratitude to the NRSC and ISRO staff for their excellent hospitality, comprehensive presentations, and patient responses to student queries. Special appreciation goes to the college faculty and IEEE GRSS team for organizing this remarkable educational visit that has undoubtedly contributed to the holistic development of our students.
