IEEE WIE Malaysia Third Meeting for 2025

Overall coordination, committee roles, and key responsibilities were agreed upon to ensure smooth planning and execution.

The meeting also covered funding approvals, budget management, and arrangements related to logistics, speakers, promotions, registration, materials, and post-event reporting. Action items were assigned to relevant committee members with timelines set to keep preparations on track.

Under other matters, the committee was informed of a WIE travel grant application, a proposal for a national WIE award, and plans to include WIE participation in an upcoming conference.
