Build, Belong, and Balance: Making the Most of Your Career Journey
Build, Belong, and Balance: Making the Most of Your Career Journey, is a three-hour empowerment event designed for female undergraduate
and master’s students. The event combines a panel discussion with interactive Q&A,
practical sessions, and concludes with a Research Poster Fair, where women from diverse
departments will present their work. The initiative will foster academic excellence, career
readiness, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, while providing an inclusive platform to
showcase women’s contributions to research and innovation.
