IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S) chapter of Thompson Okanagan Section, IEEE Okanagan College Student Branch, and Thompson Okanagan Section are pleased to welcome Rohde & Schwarz, a global leader in test and measurement solutions, for an engaging Signals & Slice Session on the latest developments in RF & Microwave Engineering.
Rohde & Schwarz representatives will introduce the company’s extensive portfolio and highlight partnerships with leading universities, showcasing opportunities for collaboration and academic engagement.
The talk will cover Power electronics and RF components testing. It will cover concepts of using oscilloscopes, power supplies, power sensors and spectrum analyzers to test different electrical components.

Dr. Anis Ben Arfi
Biography:
Dr. Anis Ben Arfi received his PhD from the University of Calgary in 2019 and currently works at Rohde & Schwarz Canada where he focuses on test equipment for Wireless Systems and signal processing.He has been involved in IEEE since 2013, he found his passion volunteering with the IEEE MTT-S, and MTT-S Young Professionals vice-chair.
