Dear IEEE members,

 

Let us celebrate IEEE Day 2025

You and your guests are very kindly invited for a luncheon on October 11, 2025 from 11:30-2:00pm at Indian restaurant, India Flavors, at ABC Warehouse Building, 29205 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48334.

This event is being jointly organized by IEEE SEM and IEEE LAG.

It is identified as Student GMI in-person event. IEEE students will be encouraged to attend. The registration and lunch for all the attendees and students is free.

1. Welcome by IEEE SEM Chair, Sharan Kalwani
2. A keynote technical talk by Sanjay Dhall - Flying Cars
3. Address by Dr. Atul Prakash, Richard H. Orenstein Division Chair of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at University of Michigan
4. Address by Dr. Ece Yaprak, Professor and Division Chair of Engineering Technology at James and Patricia Anderson College of Engineering, Wayne State University
5. A cake cutting
6. A very brief entertainment program
