IEEE ENET’Com Women in Engineering (WIE) Student Affinity Group organizes a one-day event, HerFinance, to introduce students to financial technology (FinTech) and career opportunities, especially for women in engineering. The event includes a panel discussion, a hands-on workshop, and team-building activities. Students also participate in a hackathon to develop innovative FinTech solutions. The day concludes with an awards ceremony recognizing top teams. This event aims to inspire students, providing exposure to emerging technologies, practical experience, and networking opportunities.
