L’iniziativa si propone di offrire un supporto concreto a studenti universitari, laureandi e neolaureati nel delicato passaggio verso la dimensione professionale, favorendo una comprensione più profonda delle dinamiche aziendali e delle competenze richieste dal mercato. Il Webinar è gratuito per tutti gli iscritti a YP.}

^{Il primo incontro ospiterà Davide Manzoni, dottore in ingegneria biomedica e Al Engineer con esperienza in Computer Vision, NLP e sistemi intelligenti. Oltre al suo percorso accademico e professionale in Capgemini ed Ehilab, è il creatore di BRAINLINK, progetto di divulgazione scientifica che insegna intelligenza artificiale e ingegneria a una community di oltre 30.000 follower su Instagram, TikTok, YouTube e Linkedin, rendendolo una voce influente nel panorama tech italiano.}

The initiative aims to offer concrete support to university students, undergraduates, and recent graduates in the delicate transition to the professional world, fostering a deeper understanding of business dynamics and the skills required by the market. The webinar is free for all YP member.}

^{Each meeting features speakers from leading corporate professionals, HR experts, former students currently working in the workforce, and training and career guidance specialists.}

^{The first meeting will feature Davide Manzoni. He completed his bachelor's degree in Medical System Engineering from Polythecnic University of Bari in 2019 and his Master's degree in Bionics Engineering from University of Pisa and Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in 2021 magna cum laude. . In 2022 he started working as Associate Software Engineer in the Advanced Signal Processing and Cognitive Computing team of Capgemini Engineering's expertise center. Here he worked on the development of optimization algorithms for the design of photovoltaic plants, 6 DOFs pose estimation of vehicles via Lidar, IMUs and GNSS sensor fusion with EKF, Deep Learning for Digital Twins and Computer Vision applications. In 2024 he was promoted to Professional Software Engineer and started working at the intersection between NLP and Computer Vision, developing an automated system for translating helicopter technical sheets. In 2024 he joined Ehilab srl (tk.digital group) as AI Engineer and Project Manager, leading all AI initiatives of the company, steering from pre-sales to production. Nowadays, he is working at the creation of next‑generation document‑intelligence products that fuse fine‑tuned Computer Vision models with LLM‑powered multimodal pipelines to automatically enrich, analyse and segment newspaper & magazine content. Since 2022 he runs "BRAINLINK", a science-communication project that teaches machine learning and engineering to more than 30.000 followers across Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and LinkedIn.}
