1. Committee Expansion

• The committee unanimously agreed to induct two new members to enhance regional diversity. One representative will be selected from Guntur. Another representative will be selected from Anantapur.

2. FC Kohli Memorial Lecture

• Theme Finalized: Quantum Security
• Speaker Identification: In progress.
• Tentative Dates: October 11th or October 18th.
• Action: Dr. Saritha will compile and share the expectations from the speaker to guide the selection process.
• Funding: The committee decided to formally request the required budget (INR 45000) for event execution in the upcoming SEC meeting.

3. CS Chapter Advisors Meeting

• A virtual meeting of CS Chapter Advisors is scheduled for either October 12th or October 19th, to aware the current year’s plan and gather feedback from advisors. Agenda to include AHCSSC planning, speaker suggestions, and collaborative initiatives.
• Identification of inactive student chapters and providing the required support for revival

4. Volunteer Training Program

• Chapter Chair Mr. Rameshchandra briefed the committee on the upcoming Volunteers Training Program, All committee members were encouraged to participate.

Concluded the meeting and decided to reconvene accordingly.
