Discussed Strain Gauges and Its applications for Pressure and Force Sensors. Discussed details of Vibrating Wire Sensors for Geotechnical Applications with some numerical calculations. Strain gauge  Numerical solved for of Force, strain and Pressure.

Detailed discussions on Optical Fiber Sensors for Sagnac Effect and Faraday Effect in electrical engineering and  gyroscopic applications.

Prof Khurjekar  is Life Senior Member of IEEE from 2025. Previously Senior Member of IEEE till 2024. Member of IEEE since 1999 

Also Fellow IETE ( India).  Member Institution of Engineers, India, Life Member ISOI, Life Member Biomedical Society of India

Chairman IEEE Pune Sub Section 2008, Treasurer IEEE Pune Section 2004 and 2014 till 2016, Vice chair IEEE Pune Section in2017, Chair IEEE IMS Pune Chapter from 2021 till 2024, Chairman IEEE Sensors Council Pune Chapter since January 2025. IEEE Pune Section Chapter Coordinator.
