Michael J. Wright of Qualus

Biography:

Michael J. Wright, P.E.Chief Development Officer, Qualus
With over 25 years of utility industry experience, Michael Wright has built his career around leadership, acquisitions, and professional development. He began as a protection & control engineer at Progress Energy (now Duke Florida) and also taught as an adjunct professor at Valencia College. As Co-Founder and President of Power Grid Engineering, Michael grew the company to 320 employees across four offices, establishing it as the nation’s largest substation protection & control testing and commissioning firm before its acquisition by Qualus. Today, he serves as Chief Development Officer at Qualus, where he focuses on people development, strategic acquisitions, and training initiatives through QualU. Michael is a registered Professional Engineer in 33 states.

Devin Kroeber of Qualus

Biography:

Devin Kroeber, P.E.Supervisor, Field Engineering, Qualus
Devin Kroeber has a decade of experience in the utility industry and serves as Field Engineering Supervisor for Qualus in the Texas Region. A graduate of South Dakota Mines (B.S., Electrical Engineering) and Kansas State University (M.S., Electrical Engineering), Devin began his career as a Field Engineer at Power Grid Engineering. His hands-on technical expertise and project management experience have been instrumental in advancing field operations. In addition, Devin leads QualU training programs, helping to mentor engineers and strengthen technical excellence across the organization.
