UBC IEEE is an official host site for IEEE Xtreme 19.0, the 24-hour global programming challenge where thousands of students from 75+ countries compete in real time. Code all night with friends, meet other problem-solvers, and represent UBC on the world stage!
When: Friday-Saturday, October 24-25, 2025 (24-hour contest)
Where: University of British Columbia
Team Size: 1-3 IEEE Student or Graduate Student Members
Prizes: Up to $400 USD per team member + fully paid trip to an IEEE conference for global 1st place winners
