Opportunities in ISRO - A Service to Nation
Biography:
Smt K S Deepa – Joined ISRO in July 2001 and presently Group Head for Semi-cryogenic Systems testing & Propellant Servicing Instrumentation Group in ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri Educational Qualification: B.E – Electronics & Communication Engineering M.E. – Communication Systems Realized command & control system for ground testing of Steering Engine, Fuel booster Turbo Pump, LOX pressure regulator, Integrated Turbo pump at Cryo Subscale Engine Test (SET) facility for GSLV project and Low Pressure Oxidizer Turbo Pump test for Semi cryo project in Cold Flow Test Facility. Designed control system and developed application software in PLC for executing automatic test sequence for ground testing of rocket engines. Realized State of art Instrumentation System for testing Semi cryo Engine and Stage at Semi cryo Integrated Engine Test Facility and tested Preburner Ignition Test Article in SIET successfully. Awards : ISRO Team Excellence Award, ISRO Young Scientist Merit Award Deputed to Israel in 2016 for Space Studies Program Presented papers in various National conference Life member of Aesi , Asi, ISSE
