To commemorate IEEE Day 2025, the School of Engineering, Babu Banarasi Das University, in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch (BBDU) and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (UP Section), is organizing an Expert Session on “Safe AI: Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow.”

The session aims to highlight the importance of building trustworthy, ethical, and safe artificial intelligence systems that align with human values while fostering innovation and technological growth.

Renowned experts — Prof. Nishchal Kumar Verma (IIT Kanpur) and Prof. Krishna Pratap Singh (IIIT Prayagraj)—will share their insights on responsible AI practices, emerging challenges, and strategies to ensure AI safety in real-world applications.
