We looked at what IEEE vTools is, Why vTools matter, the volunteer challenge, overview of the IEEE vTools suite, When to use the vTools and How to get started with using the vTools. We also took a deep dive into the vTools event, eNotice and WebinABox and reporting and reporting tools. We then shared some best practices in the effective use of the vTools

Biography:

I am a high-performing, experienced, and versatile team player, project manager, and business executive with a
proven track record of delivering results across RFID, IoT, and advanced wireless communication technologies. I
possess a strong background in Service Contract Management, SLA Contract Management, Operations
Management, and Project Management, covering areas such as project planning and control, scope management,
quality assurance, risk management, time management, cost planning, and performance reporting.
My focus has evolved to include supporting the deployment and integration of RFID and IoT solutions in various
sectors, with a deep understanding of how these technologies enable real-time asset tracking, supply chain
optimization, smart agriculture, industrial automation, and security systems. I am experienced in crafting scalable,
high-margin, value-driven solutions by integrating RFID and IoT technologies into existing infrastructure to drive
operational excellence and business growth.
In my role at Goristy Ventures Ltd, I have led consultancy and execution of ICT and telecommunications projects,
including RFID-enabled asset management systems, sensor networks for remote monitoring, IoT-powered smart grid
solutions, and wireless communication infrastructure (Metropolitan Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, and Local
Area Networks). I manage projects involving green power systems, alternative energy solutions, engineering
procurement, and technical product pre-sales, ensuring efficient service delivery while maximizing gross profit
through strategic vendor management and customer-centric designs.
