This program is designed to strengthen leadership, teamwork, and project management capacity among IEEE Student Branch and Chapter leaders across universities and polytechnics in the Southeast zone. Participants will learn how to effectively manage their branches, plan impactful technical and humanitarian activities, grow membership, and sustain collaboration with other IEEE units.
The one-day intensive training will include practical sessions on leadership development, funding opportunities, reporting tools (vTools, OU Analytics), event management, and society engagement. It also provides a platform for networking and experience-sharing among student leaders, counselors, and mentors.
