GDGC, IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS), IEEE Computer Society (CS), and IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) VNRVJIET, in association with the Departments of CSE, CSE (AI & ML and IoT), IT, and CSE (Cyber Security & Data Science), are organizing a Hands-on Workshop on Cloud Computing.

Speakers & Sessions:

Mr. Ashutosh S. Bhakare – Deploy a Website with Cloud Run Learn how to containerize and deploy web applications efficiently using Cloud Run, and understand best practices for cloud hosting and scaling.

Mr. Ashutosh S. Bhakare is a Google Developer Expert, AWS Community Builder, and Red Hat Certified Instructor with over 23 years of experience in Cloud, Linux, DevOps, and Open-Source technologies. He has conducted corporate training across India and the Asia-Pacific region and is recognized as a Google Cloud Authorized Trainer and SUSE Certified Instructor.

Mr. Jay Thakkar – Build and Deploy a Multimodal Assistant on Cloud with Gemini Gain insights from an AI Engineer and GDE, CEO of Unnati Development and Training Centre Pvt Ltd, and Docker Captain, on building multimodal AI assistants and deploying them on the cloud using Gemini.

Jay Thakkar is an AI/ML Specialist with both B.Tech and M.Tech education in the field. His core technical skills include Python, SQL , TensorFlow, Langchain , and cloud platforms GCP, AWS, Azure.

He significantly optimized a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline, boosting accuracy from 30% to 90%. He is proficient with multiple Large Language Models (LLMs), notably Google's Gemini. Furthermore, Jay is a Google Developer Expert - AI/ML , having educated over 6,000 developers.

Role: AI/ML Specialist/Team Lead.

Education: M.Tech (AI/ML) & B.Tech (CS Engineering - AI/ML).
