The IEEE WIE CLS 2025 aims to bring together leaders, innovators, and experts from various sectors to engage in thoughtful discussions and exchange ideas with the theme of “Breaking Boundaries, Reconstructing: A New Paradigm for Female Leadership in the AI Era”. This theme not only highlights women’s breakthroughs in tackling AI’s technical challenges but also seeks to redefine leadership for the intelligent age by moving from centralized authority to collaborative ecosystems, and from purely technology-driven to humanity-empowered. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, we look forward to co-creating with women in tech leadership a vision of AI’s future, a future in which technology embodies human empathy and progress is built on resilience. In this future, the power of women becomes a key driver for sustainable development in the intelligent era.
