Project Management: Celebration of IEEE Day 2025
As part of the IEEE Day 2025 celebrations, the IEEE IES PES ENETCOM SB Joint Chapter, in collaboration with the IEEE WIE ENETCOM Student Affinity Group and IEEE ENETCOM SB, organized its 4th online session featuring Ms. Lilia Ben Ammar, an experienced professional in project management. The session provided participants with a comprehensive overview of Project Management, covering essential concepts, methodologies, and practical strategies to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively and professionally. Attendees were guided through best practices for time management, resource allocation, risk assessment, and team coordination, enabling them to enhance both their organizational and leadership skills.The event attracted a diverse group of students and young professionals eager to strengthen their project management expertise and apply it to real-world scenarios.
